FlyBoy's basic model, this item couldn't be simpler, and it is very effective. Constructed of a tightly woven, highly durable elastic band, this is an OSFA diameter loop. It will fit just about everyone. The pen loop works best for smooth-sided pens but can accommodate rubberized grips as well.
