Miller Stephenson - Release Agent Dry Lubricant, 14 oz Aerosol Can | MS122XD140Z
Miller-Stephenson Release Agent/Dry Lubricants use the magic of DuPont's Teflon® chemistry to create suspensions of low molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymers ? white, waxy particles of PTFE with the slickness of Teflon® in an easy to apply form. The outstanding lubricity and low coefficient of friction of PTFE is perfect for use as a dry film lubricant and as a release agent in molding operations.
MS-122XD is an excellent release agent with added advantage of superior release action in the initial cycles. It works well for all applications. As a dry lubricant, it is a very good general purpose lubricant, which produces a uniform coating.
Slippery, with outstanding lubricity (low coefficient of friction).\r\n
Thermally stable (from cryogenic to 500°F/260°C).\r\n
Nonflammable.\r\n
Chemically inert.\r\n
Insoluble.\r\n
Non-migrating (contain no silicones). \r\n\r\nUse MS-122XD and MS-143XD for application to molds up to 212°F (100°C). For preheated molds above 212°F\r\n(100°C), use water-based MS-136W or MS-145W.
